SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
At Simply Heaven Baby it is our ultimate goal to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read the following guidelines on our shipping and return policies.
SHIPPING Items that are in-stock will be shipped through normal carrier service. There are some items that are dropped ship directly to the customer. These items will be shipped to the customer using the manufacturers/artisans normal shipping services. Standard Shipment will be based on weight, dimension, and number of packages.
DELIVERY TIME Items that are in-stock will be shipped within 72 hours. For all custom orders, please allow 4-8 weeks for completion and an additional 3-7 days to receive shipment. Because we work with many artisans and manufacturers, shipping schedules may vary and can exceed 8 weeks. You will be notified by email or phone when your order has shipped.
RETURNS
CUSTOM ITEMS Custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts, and made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions.
Simply Heaven Baby provides fabric samples that are availalbe to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your décor. Because custom items cannot be returned, Simply Heaven Baby stongly advise that you request a fabric sample prior to purchasing custom items. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS At Simply Heaven Baby we strive to provide customers with the highest quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.
Call or email us within 10 days of receipt of the item and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued which is valid for 14 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, Simply Heaven Baby will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Simply Heaven Baby; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
If you return an item after the 14 business day window, without a RAN, and/or the item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
